What's land going for around Uniontown PA?

We may be moving up that way soon. Looking for about 3-5 acres, water onsite would be ideal (but not a dealbreaker). "Flexible" building code area would really be ideal. Rural is perfect, but we'll be commuting to California PA if this happens.

Just starting to get some ballpark idea of what we're in for.

Not sure about prices of land and stuff but, PA has adopted the International Building Codes throughout the state.
