Do you need to get worker comp when building a home? Expecially if you invite folks to help for free?

our insurance said they'll  cover people that get injured while on our property as part of our auto policy.
It was extra. I'm not sure if it covers head decapitation or just  d*.

   You probably would want to get some sort of liability insurance on you property . . .
