I expect the court will be ignored much like the constitution has been these past years. Powerful forces are at work here to undo what the founding fathers established. Only the people have the power to make it right. The federal government has far too much power and control. With that much power in one place corruption is sure to be the result.

We're not dealing with normal government here. I'm pretty sure they're reintroducing habeas corpus so a bill can be passed to impeach the president and the  vice -president, without the proponents ending up in Guantanamo as terrorists. I think there's a new one coming monday.
