Supreme Court restores habeas corpus, strikes down key part of Military Commissions Act

I expect the court will be ignored much like the constitution has been these past years. Powerful forces are at work here to undo what the founding fathers established. Only the people have the power to make it right. The federal government has far too much power and control. With that much power in one place corruption is sure to be the result.
We're not dealing with normal government here. I'm pretty sure they're reintroducing habeas corpus so a bill can be passed to impeach the president and the vice -president, without the proponents ending up in Guantanamo as terrorists. I think there's a new one coming monday.

I know Kucinich is trying to get it done but I kind of brushed it aside as another good thing that probably won't happen.
Hope you're right too, Maggie.

As I thought -- worthless scumbags.

House Democrats kill resolution to impeach Bush
The simple answer is that they are all guilty of the same crimes. d* I bet the founders never thought of that.
I guess that could have a bit of a snowball effect couldn't it -- shrub wouldn't go down alone. d*
