Yes - I originally bought my land from them. They're nice people, and honest, but they charge WAY TOO MUCH for the land. 14 years ago I paid $5,000 for my 2 1/2 acres. They foreclosed on the parcel next to me a few months ago and sold it for $12,500 - way over market value. Their -0- down terms sucker a lot of out of towners unfamiliar with the price of real estate in the area.
I looked at a couple of their parcels near Lake of the Ozarks and it was a water-filled swamp with no access road. Be very careful and look at anything before you buy it.
