It's about time to seal the concrete floors in my house so I need to start figuring out just how to go about it. I know others here have done it already so figured I'd get some opinions of products and procedures.

Which type of sealer?

How to apply?

How to clean and prep the floor ahead of time?

What else do I need to be aware of?
