Where to put blocking before covering walls?

If the electrical inspector ever shows up it will be time to insulate and sheetrock my walls so I've started thinking about where to install blocking to make life easier when I'm finishing things off.

I'm thinking behind kitchen cabinets, towel racks, toilet paper holder, bathroom grab bars.

Where else should I be considering some blocking?

You may want blocking in some of the living room walls if you ever plan to hang large pictures/paintings. Or if you intend to install shelving.

Handrail brackets and  terminations/ ends . Fireplace mantels, grab bars in bathrooms, behind fiberglass shower units ( I glue on blocks wedge them in place till the const. adh. cures), towel  / robe hooks.

Pocket door wall stiffeners.
When in doubt , build it stout with something you know about .

Thanks for the extra ideas. Been getting some blocking up today. Just about done behind the kitchen cabinets. Will also put some in a couple living room walls for bookshelves and in one area of the bedroom where where some sort of large shelving unit/bookcase could end up at some point.
