Stumbled on this on another forum. The cabin and the land are for sale on EBAY but its the photobucket tour of the cabin, I found interesting. The guy is building on a very steep site and the house is a bit bizarre in its unfinished state. Im glad Im not the one that had to do the roofing. :o

He has a very good picture library of each construction step along the way.
It looked normal to me until the 2nd floor walls started going up.

Very nice, uniquehome & the pictures are great showing the whole construction process.! $50,000 for the acreage, house & trailer sounds like a steal! They have a spring (which they haven't developed or used) power, phone etc. I wonder why he is selling? Wonder what the bid will end up being after the ebay auction finishes?

And it may well have been a bargain, even if he was pretty careful to mention things that were wrong with it.
(and the trees can't be clear cut for years and years)
