New Board

I've started a new section and forum board for "off topic" discussions. I have moved a few discussions that seem better over there and Glenn and I might find a few more to move.

This gives us a place to explore ideas, tell stories, and perhaps complain about things that probably aren't related to building. We do have a community here and this might be the back room or perhaps the pickle barrel.
