Title: regarding wood or corrugated metal bathroom walls
Post by: rusticrural on March 01, 2023, 09:55:36 AM
just had to wonder if theres any particular forum or non-forum advices on completely walling a small bathroom with either wood or corrugated metal? it'll be for indoor uses (with an exhaust fan to suit indeed)

this corrugated example is the kind of compact room size I had in mind

Don't see why it couldn't be done.  If using wood though, I'd be sure to seal it well and calk as needed.

I used a galvanized corrugated metal walled shower when visiting someone. It seems to have worked well for a number of years. Concrete floor sloped to drain.

thanks to both of you, funny enough I had also been wondering a bit about reasonable ideas for different bottoms and mm I guess I hadn't really thought of a formed concrete slab so that one'll go onto the list too
