We had another outage for an hour or so today (9-1).

We were off-line again for about 6 hours today (9-9). The host service (Site5) found a long list (over several hundred) of IP addresses that had logged on more than 50 concurrent connections at one time over the last 24 hours. This overload kicks the site off-line. Most of these sites appear to be search bots. Until we have a better system we are not allowing search bot access. This is not a good long term solution however as we want to be able to allow Google and other search engines access for legitimate site mapping.
