New 12x12 / 12x24 in the making!

Been reading, and learning here for a few months, and really enjoying the pictures of others wonderful work. I am currently starting a small 12x12 on 5 acres near Wilkes NC. and hope to later on make it larger. My project is going to serve as a Hunting cabin that is totally off grid, I contacted my local building authority's and was told anything less than 144sqft is acceptable without a permit, so I am going to stay at that level for the time being. I do plan to have solar power and gravity fed water, my current site picked out is a nice little meadow surrounded by Hardwoods and a small stream running off to the side. My property has a few springs that feed the stream and after reading other peoples progress I think I am one of the few to have such a beautiful piece of property. I will be posting some pics soon and I am sure I will have lots of questions.
