I have 5 ac of great country property just over the NYS border in Ontario in the 1000 Islands region.  Already approved for a building lot by town.  Outlet from Lake Graham cuts through the property into a wetlands which has gorgeous sunsets and great southern exposure.  Between Kingston, ON and Brockville, just 20 mins from I-81 in new York and 1000 Islands.

Have to sell because of divorce.  $10,500 US.  Taxes now are $86.00 a year (2007).
