hot water heater

where would be a good place for a hot water heater in my 20x30 single story, i didnt see a designated area in the plans.

Some folks have also used an undercounter unit in the kitchen corners. If mounted on the right side with a panel on the dining area side it will be easier to service.

We built/still building a 14x30 the bath is 5x10 I built a closest in the bath put a full size water heater in there and put storage for towels and bathroom supplies above it.
