Wanted 5-10 acres in Western WA

My husband and I are looking for land to settle down on in Western WA where we can build our semi-off-the-grid or off-the-grid home. Ideally it would be mostly wooded, with some open space and the possibility for a fruit orchard (pears or apples) to raise a small family and a few animals.

Any leads would be appreciated :)

Check out the Belfair area. I own 5 acres out there and its beautiful. Try to find some land on a river so you'll have a water source.
