Basically adding a 3 car garage and a second floor --- I think this is about 95% perfect for us -- what did I forget (BTW a real architect drew these not me

My wife wanted the widow's walk at the top -- a 12 X 12 room (that will be a fun place for the grand kids) that has 360 degree views

will be a great place for a sundowner -- he wrapped the stair case around from the over-the-garage bonus room --it is visible 'ghosted in' from the garage side and south side
