Moving slowly now that I started an addition to my Dad`s  house.

That is a gorgeous piece of property and a mighty fine looking cabin. I'm envious.

I am really happy with the way it is turning out.

Monday I am going to Knoxville to pick up the yellow pine spiral staircase kit for the loft.

I have never built one.  That should be interesting!

What are the dimensions of your kitchen, laundry room and bathroom? And how tall is that knee wall?

Thanks to everyone for all the positive input.

I am building in Pikeville TN.

Dimensions are:

20' x 32' main house

12' x 20' MBR

Laundry 4' W x 8' 3/4" L

Kit  9' W x 8' 3/4" L

Bath  5' 4" W x 8' 3/4"

The knee wall is 15 1/2" above finshed loft floor.

looks great. I'm builing just north of you in Luminary. Mines alot smaller though. 16*20 2 full floors. Keep up the good work
