I got a lot of good advice on here on my house in Nicaragua...but in spite of all of it, decided that downsizing it was a good idea. Being the first big project for me and wanting to do it right and stay sane (or somewhat so) smaller is better.

If this goes right, I have plenty more sites on which do do something bigger..as it turns out as I re-layout the small one, likely gives me all I need.  Will now be 18 x 20 with an 18 x 8 deck.  Still trying to get my drawings posted.

And, I have some questions still to come.  I have the wood types sorted out and a decent mill, but still some basics to be decided about it.

Thanks to all..
