Polls turned off for Newbies
« on: August 28, 2010, 04:04:42 PM »
To start a poll, members must now be at the Apprentice level or above. We have had a few Newbies posting polls as their first post when it was not appropriate. (Easy to assume that is how you start posting.)

Let me know if there are problems with this change.

Good move, John.   Why didn't I think of that   d*
Just because something has been done and has not failed, doesn’t mean it is good design.

If you didn't have the time or money to do it right in the first place, when will you get the time and money to fix it?

At first I thought we would have to turn off the polling feature for everyone, but SMF allows control of this for each membership group.
