This is a Delaware kit house company with an interesting on-line design tool.

You can pick one of their standard buildings and then modify the window and door layouts by dragging and dropping elements into the elevations.

Turn off your pop-up blocker and they will send you a price quote on the custom designed building.

Rather clever website and nice looking little buildings. I don't know any more than this so this is not an endorsement for the company.

I really like the in-place fold-up window shutters that are shown on one building.  I've never seen this before.

Lots of neat details. The construction seems pretty simple with ideas like little brackets mounted to the ridge beam to align the precut rafters.

All the materials are of high quality and good enough to leave exposed. Most units are uninsulated and used as seasonal structures I expect.

At about $65/sf delivered for a single wall uninsulated structure you wouldn't be building this to save money.

Here is another company targeting the same market.

Who would have guessed that pool cabanas would be such a large market?

6 grand for ye old(i)e fir(i)e hous(i)e (couldn't resist, sorry) sounds a bit excessive.

Even if you wanted one for a grandchild and had never raised a hammer in anger before and it probably would cost that much to pay someone to do a one-off version of it.

Mind you, the Amish or Mennonite builders a county or so away put a stick-built shell house on some neighbor's property a couple of years ago for only 10 grand.  something in the neighborhood of 24 x 30, story and a half, with a deck wrapping around two sides.
