Since Photobucket is completely imploding and is not long for this world I figured I would add a link to my cabin building blog.
As I own the domain and pay for hosting it won't disappear until I stop paying for it.   ;D
If you click on the categories drop-down in the title bar you can sort by the different stages of the build.
I update in the winter between building seasons.  ;)

Just about got the roof done.
Just the ridge cap to go on this weekend.

Next up, siding.  :)

It looks great!
What dimensions did you end up going with?

I don't know Dave, kind of miss the blue tarp roofing.   :D

Looks sharp!  You got any details on the gadget next to the ladder?  I assume it's for getting materials on the roof.

That would be my material lift.
There's no way I was gonna haul all my stuff up the ladder.   ;D

Shut er down for the winter today.
Weather is just too crappy now to get things done right.
Got the South wall siding done and most of the front wall.
West and North walls are at about 20-25% done.

Here's a few pics from the last month of work.

And one of the perks living in the Great White North.   :)

Pretty decent view out the front windows as well.
