I was looking for poplar siding on the web today and found this sight.

That might work for you.  ;D
I have seen several places in rural Texas towns that "rent to own" small 10x16 storage buildings.
They are very generic and have t-111 siding, two windows, and a double door.
The hardest part is getting past the mental blocks about what you are capable of doing.

Glenn, that one you included looks like a tiny version of Little House on the Prairie...

Part of the reason -besides no time yet, Jimmy is that it takes an amazing amount of lumber for these little rascals.  With the sawmill I thought I might give it a try - someday -   I have seen them - contractor built - say abou10 x 12 for about $3000 avg.

That is really a cute little cabin - on a trailer ready to go. :)
